HBO.com is the digital destination for the HBO brand and programming, rich with both ancillary content and practical scheduling information. My team managed the daily production of HBO.com across all show and brand pages, led the product strategy and curated daily content updates. I also oversaw the development and implementation of best practices for the site’s homepage, which averaged over 6 million monthly users. 

Role: Member of the editorial, product and production strategic leadership team.
